If you telephone our office with a request to process a permitted ICBC transaction, shown below is an example of the email message you will receive back from our office.
Please be prepared to supply the required information in order to speed up the transaction process.
Allowable payment types: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or continuing on your monthly payment plan

As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve, we are keeping the well-being of our valued employees and clients top of mind. We want to assure you that safety remains our top priority throughout this time.
We are taking important steps to help you stay protected
Both of our insurance offices are closed to walk-in traffic until further notice effective Thursday, March 19th, 2020.
We are available and ready to serve you via telephone and email for ICBC autoplan transactions, as well as home, condo, tenant and business insurance.
We appreciate your patience, as call and email volume may be higher than normal.
We are able to process the following transactions by phone during this time:
• Policy changes
• Storage policies
• Temporary operating permits
For any other auto insurance needs, please call or email to discuss your request with an insurance advisor.
During this time document signatures will be accepted electronically and policy documents may be emailed to you. Any required decals will be mailed to you once the transaction is complete.
Call your local branch to discuss your transaction needs. Be sure when you call that you have your driver’s license and your current insurance documents ready to help us authenticate and complete your transaction.

Due to the COVID-19 situation we are no longer able to offer Saturday service at either of our offices for the foreseeable future.
Our revised office hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30AM to 5:00PM
If you need to submit payment for any non-ICBC related transaction:
Payments can be made online through all major financial institutions. Use the account number shown on the invoice you received from our office.
Payments can also be made by calling our office and submitting your credit card information. We can take Visa and Mastercard payments by telephone.
In the event of a claim, please contact one of our offices to report your claim, or email our offices at either email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your claim, policy number and name on file.
