COVID UPDATE – EFFECTIVE MONDAY, JUNE 1ST, 2020:
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve and safety remains our top priority.
As we re-open our offices, we are taking important steps to protect our customers and staff members.
Beginning Monday, June 1st, both of our offices will be open to walk-in traffic. However, in order to meet physical distancing requirements, we must limit the number of people who can be in the office at any one time. Our Country Club office can allow a maximum of 4 people at one time and our Brooks Office can allow only 2 people at one time.
In order to maintain orderly movement within the offices, both locations will use separate entrance and exit doors.
Country Club: customers are asked to enter through our designated entry door in the Mall and to exit via our exterior office door.
Brooks Landing; we request that customers enter through the designated entry door and exit through a second door in order to maintain one-way traffic.
In view of the limitations on the number of people who can be in the office at any one time, we recommend that you call us before coming to the office. ICBC is still permitting us to process certain ICBC transactions via telephone and email so it may be more convenient for you to process a renewal or change by email rather than waiting in a line-up at our office.
The space and customer limitations impact all of our insurance service. It will likely be more convenient for customers to contact our offices by telephone and email for advice and costs regarding home, condo, tenant contents, recreational vehicle, boat and business insurance.
Telephone and email volume is higher than normal and we appreciate your patience as we process customer requests.
We can process the following transactions by telephone:
- Policy changes
- Storage policies
- Temporary operating permits
For any other auto insurance needs, please call or email to discuss your request with an insurance advisor.
During this time document signatures will be accepted electronically. Insurance papers and licence plate decals can be picked up at the office that processes your request.
If you need to submit payment for any non-ICBC related transaction:
Payments can be made online through all major financial institutions. Use the account number shown on the invoice you received from our office.
Payments can also be made by calling our office and submitting your credit card information. We can take Visa and Mastercard payments by telephone.
In the event of a claim, please contact one of our offices to report your claim, or email our offices at either email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your claim, policy number and name on file.
Stay connected with us
Additional claims information including contact numbers of our insurance companies can be found under the “Claims” section of our website.
As changes occur due to COVID, we will provide updates on our website and our Facebook page.
Hours of Operation effective June 01, 2020:
Country Club Mall
Both locations are also closed on every B.C. Statutory Holiday as well as Easter Monday.
